Dorsia approached the agency at a pivotal moment in its evolution. While the restaurant had achieved excellence in service and cuisine, its visual identity no longer reflected the sophistication of the in-room experience. The mandate was refinement, to align perception with reality and anchor the brand firmly within Montréal’s cultural landscape.

The repositioning softened Dorsia’s mystique into something timeless, alive, and welcoming, elegant without intimidation. A fragmented visual system was streamlined through a refined color palette, disciplined typography, and cinematic menu copy that introduced warmth, rhythm, and atmosphere.

A renowned Montréal illustrator was commissioned to create custom artwork for coasters, menu covers, and collectible postcards. Designed to be written on, scanned, and shared on social media, these pieces deepened the cultural imprint of the brand while extending the experience beyond the table.

Built around craft, ritual, and energy, Dorsia was reframed as a living Montréal ritual, vibrant, inviting, and hospitality forward at its core.
