Vogue Hotel Montréal approached the agency to refine its identity and elevate the overall guest experience. While the property held strong architectural presence and location advantage, its emotional language and brand cohesion lacked clarity. The mandate began with a full immersive audit, analyzing the guest journey from arrival to departure and redefining how Vogue could feel more intentional, editorial, and culturally relevant.

The objective was elevation, not reinvention. The hotel was repositioned as a lifestyle destination rather than simply a place to stay. A comprehensive brand glow-up followed, refining atmosphere, visual language, and storytelling. In-room collateral, stationery, wellness rituals, turndown details, custom coasters, playlist cards, and guest-facing materials were redesigned or sourced to create a cohesive ecosystem where every object reinforced identity with subtle flair.

The collaboration evolved into an ongoing monthly creative direction retainer, overseeing all design decisions and ensuring long-term consistency across touchpoints. This included the development of a refined monthly newsletter concept, positioning Vogue as an insider within the city, highlighting cultural moments, curated recommendations, and lifestyle content aligned with Montréal’s creative rhythm.

The agency also led the redesign of the restaurant Yama’s menu, aligning its visual and editorial tone with the broader Vogue identity, ensuring cohesion between hospitality, dining, and brand experience.

In parallel, a large-scale Formula 1 activation was produced at the property, welcoming over 250 guests and positioning Vogue as a cultural gathering point during one of Montréal’s most high-profile weekends.

The result is a more cohesive, editorial, and hospitality-forward Vogue Hotel, culturally anchored and intentionally designed, where every detail contributes to a living, evolving brand world.
