In parallel, Casa del Somi led creative direction and handled both pre-production and post-production for a comprehensive photo and video shoot. From concept development and wardrobe sourcing to on-set direction and final curation, the process was managed to ensure cohesion across in-clinic panels, website, and social media.

Production styling supported the narrative of understated sophistication. Wardrobe selections, including Loewe accessories, Yves Saint Laurent shoes, Bottega Veneta elements, and École de Pensée tailoring, introduced polish without overpowering the subject.
